The purchased service
Jolli Apps sells Opening Ledger, a factual research service for established commercial kitchen-exhaust cleaning companies. Briefs identify a recorded business event, its evidence, a public contact route and material uncertainty. Sources can be delayed, incomplete or corrected. A license, application or inspection establishes only its recorded event; it does not establish an exact opening date, required service frequency, an available contract or absence of an incumbent supplier.
Offers and renewal
The free sample is one current sourced brief per buying organization, subject to a verified footprint and suitable evidence. The four-week pilot costs $399 once, covers one supported territory and includes up to ten candidate-event reviews over 28 days. It does not renew automatically. The separate $799 monthly subscription covers up to two supported territories with twenty candidate reviews total per paid billing month. It renews until canceled through Stripe’s customer portal. Taxes, if applicable, appear at checkout.
Reviews are not guaranteed opportunities
A candidate review may find an event irrelevant, stale, canceled or unsupported. Candidate selection filters saved territory and exclusions, but verification can still find a mismatch. Corrections do not use another credit, and a later confirmed charged duplicate restores its credit. Unused allowance expires at the period boundary. We do not charge automatic overages, promise lead counts, booked meetings, sales, exclusivity or comprehensive market coverage.
Coverage and changes
Initial territories are Chicago city limits and NYC’s five boroughs. They do not include the surrounding metropolitan areas. Purchase eligibility is gated by source access, rights and measured quality. Unsupported areas can request notification without payment. Valid territory changes apply prospectively within the current plan and do not reset its allowance. A source interruption is disclosed rather than represented as a quiet market.
Payment, cancellation and service issues
Stripe-hosted checkout handles payment. Fulfillment begins only after a verified settled payment event. Canceling a monthly plan prevents future renewal and normally preserves access through the paid term. The pilot expires after four weeks. No card data is collected by this app. If a charge is incorrect or promised service was not supplied, contact support with your account and invoice details for review; applicable statutory rights are unaffected. Custom refunds and disputes require an authorized resolution, not an automated promise.
Use of research
You decide whether and how to approach a business. Follow the law and applicable source restrictions. Do not treat a brief as a sanitation finding, safety determination or legal advice. Restaurant outreach is not included. You may use delivered summaries internally for your business; do not sell raw source data, remove attribution, publish private account information or use the product to bypass a source restriction.
Accounts and uploaded exclusions
Use accurate business details and keep login credentials private. Only authorized users may submit existing-customer exclusions. Do not upload sensitive personal, medical, payment or confidential third-party documents. Exclusion entries are used only for your service. Requests to export or delete an account are verified and handled according to the privacy policy and applicable retention duties.
Corrections, continuity and limits
We preserve evidence revisions and notify affected recipients of material corrections. We may pause unsupported research, billing availability or abusive accounts when necessary to honor source rights, provider restrictions or customer controls. Research is supplied with the uncertainties shown; business outcomes are outside our control. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support before relying on any custom commitment. The actual legal service provider must be configured before public production launch.
