A review is an investigation of a candidate event, not a guaranteed lead. Candidate selection filters saved territory and exclusions. Verification can still find a mismatch. Confirmed merged duplicates return their review credit, and corrections do not use another credit. Unused reviews expire; there are no automatic overages.
Scope and cancellation
Does the pilot renew automatically?
No. The $399 pilot ends after four weeks. The $799 monthly subscription requires a separate, explicit checkout.
How many opportunities will I receive?
There is no guaranteed number. A candidate may be stale, irrelevant or insufficiently supported. We deliver qualifying briefs and report what was actually reviewed, including quiet weeks and coverage interruptions.
Are territories exclusive?
No. Permitted public research may be relevant to multiple subscribers. Your exclusions, notes and outcomes remain private.
Which areas do you cover?
Initial source coverage is Chicago city limits and all five NYC boroughs. It excludes the surrounding metro areas. Purchase availability depends on source and quality checks.
Will you contact restaurants for us?
No. You receive a sourced brief and a suggested factual introduction. Your company decides whether and how to contact the business.
What happens if a fact changes?
We preserve the earlier brief and issue a linked correction to affected customers. A correction does not consume another review credit.
